The
Congressional Management Foundation released a short video on YouTube recently demonstrating how communicating with Congress has changed over the last 50 years. What it also shows: how the ever-changing world of technology and innovation has caused a steady increase in correspondence with Capitol Hill, flooding the inboxes of Congressional staffers and making it harder and harder for them to quickly and effectively read and respond to each email, webform, Facebook message or tweet. Chances are, many messages, some of them yours, are lost in the clutter and fall short of ever coming across the right person's desk.
