We disclose your Personal Information to Customers who have designated you to receive interviews/online surveys, and to persons designated by such Customers to access your Personal Information. We may also disclose your Personal Information to associations, groups, companies or organizations to which such Customers are members or otherwise affiliated or related, if such disclosure is authorized by those Customers. We may disclose your Personal Information to our affiliates and subsidiaries and to third party service providers who we engage to host, manage or operate the Sites, or assist us in distributing emails and surveys/online interviews. If you request products or services via a mobile device, your request will be transmitted to your mobile carrier’s network and your carrier may have access to it. Consult your carrier’s privacy policy for additional information. We may also create and distribute to third parties analytical products, marketing materials and other items using de-identified information that you provide and /or about your usage of the Sites.
We do not disclose your Personal Information to third parties for use in the third parties’ direct marketing purposes, without your prior consent.
